Serve the City allows you to serve your neighbors and show God's love through acts of kindness. We pray that serving others becomes an everyday ministry. Small, selfless acts can open hearts to Jesus and make a difference together.

Local Community

We support our local law enforcement and first responders. Through our Mathew 25 projects, we work together in the community to provide support through groups and serve projects around Pearland and the Houston area.

Disaster Relief

We partner with Reach Out America, which focuses on disaster relief aid to individuals and their communities. We provide as much assistance as possible through local partnerships and outreach around our city.

Local Missions

We partner with Christian Helping Hands, which provides aid in the Pearland community through access to food banks, rent assistance, hotel vouchers, and more. We offer programs for those with anger management, drug and alcohol abuse.

Global Missions

We partner with the Second Change Network, a global non-profit organization that builds orphanages and provides consistent aid to low-income areas in India. We partner with Make Well Foundation, providing water wells around Asia, and assisting with Women Helping Women projects to enable women to learn a skill and earn income.

At First Church, we believe in the power of community! We invest ourselves in others, helping people take the first step in Christ, continue on their path as a believer, and constantly grow in their Faith. This is how we believe that God uses us to make a difference in our world.
